Ambrex Syrup 30mg/5ml 150ml

Ambrex is meant for acute and chronic diseases of the respiratory system, that occur with the formation of thick secretions in the airways. Ambrex promotes its excretion, relieves coughing and improves breathing.

Ambrex syrup contains ambroxol hydrochloride, which liquefies bronchial secretions and enhances the movement of the cilia of the bronchial mucosa, which leads to increased secretion.

Active ingredients:

Ambroxol hydrochloride 30 mg / 5 ml

Dosage:

Starting dose: 2 measuring spoons 2 times a day (2 times 10 ml). Subsequently, the dose is adjusted to 1 measuring spoon two to three times a day.

The optimal duration of treatment is 8 to 10 days.

Warnings:

For use in children over 2 years of age, use Ambrex 15 mg / 5 ml syrup.

For use in children under 2 years of age, use Ambrex 15 mg / 5 ml syrup - as prescribed by a doctor.

In children under 1 year of age, the administration of a mucolytic is not recommended due to the inability to expectorate. Assessments should be performed by a physician.

Do not use in cases of allergy (hypersensitivity) to bromhexine or its derivative ambroxol, or to any of the other ingredients.

The safety of this product during pregnancy has not been established. Its use during the first trimester is not recommended.

Ambrex passes into breast milk. If you are pregnant, think you may be pregnant or are breast-feeding, ask your doctor for advice before taking this medicine.
