Ingredients:

Main Ingredients: Lichensed® patented formula with Icelandic moss (Cetraria islandica), Cat's claw (Uncaria tomentosa), Propolis, Drosera rotundifolia, sea water, essential oils of eucalyptus, mint, and tea tree.

Excipients: Water, Polysorbate 20, Alcohol, Potassium sorbate, Citric acid.

Usage:

• Adults: Spray 1-2 times in each nostril every 3-4 hours.
• Children (2-6 years): Spray 1 time in each nostril every 8 hours.
• Children (6 years and older): Spray 1-2 times in each nostril every 6-8 hours.
• Hold the bottle vertically, insert the tip into the nasal cavity, and press quickly and sharply. Shake well before use!
