These capsules contain the probiotic lactic acid bacteria Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium longum and Streptococcus thermophilus as well as oligofructose (FOS), mare's milk and spirulina. The lactic acid bacteria influence the intestinal flora and digestion and strengthen the immune system.

Recommendation for use: Consume 1 capsule 2 times daily ½ hour before meals; mix with a liquid.
