Acutil 30 Capsules

Acutil - Multi-factor approach to slow down the aging of the brain and cognitive impairment.

A unique combination of well-known substances that enables an innovative and comprehensive approach to mild cognitive impairments and maintaining proper brain function.

Each capsule Acutil contains 350 mg of omega-3 fatty acids docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and 250 mg of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 40 mg; ginkgo biloba extract 60 mg, Phosphatidylserine 15 mg, Vitamin E 5 mg, folic acid 250 μg and vitamin B12 5 μg.

Omega-3 fatty acids, particularly docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), are essential components of the neuronal membrane (nerve cells) which is fundamental for information processing in the brain. Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) plays an important role in the production of active substances with benefitial effects on the immune and anti-inflammatory processes.

Phosphatidylserine (PS) is also an important component of neuronal cell membranes, needed to ensure efficient transmission of nerve impulses.

Vitamin B12 and folic acid help to maintain the integrity of nerve cells and optimize metabolism. Together these two substances help to protect the brain from the potentially harmful effects of a substance called homocysteine.

Vitamin Eigrae plays an important role in the protection of various tissues, especially brain tissue from chemical reactions of peroxidation, which can be obtained from various normal metabolic processes and hexogenic toxic agents. If compounds of receiving peroxidation, are not neutralized, they can contribute to premature aging of cells. In addition to these antioxidant properties, vitamin E needs to be increased in individuals who consume foods rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids.

Components of Ginkgo biloba also have important antioxidant properties. They help the memory, especially short-term memory.
