The internal protects them from the destructive effects of gastric and bile acids and allows the bacteria to reach the intestines alive where they settle and multiply, and the outer layer protects them from the environment.

S. thermophilus - helps with the efficient digestion of lactose - 250m .; 

B. bifidum - helps maintain the health of the gastrointestinal tract - 75 mln .; 

B. longum - helps reduce the frequency of gastro-intestinal disturbances - 75 mln .; 

Actilight (fructo-oligosaccharides) - prebiotic - 684,21 mg. 

Contains: fructose - 27,29 mg, stabilizer - silica flavor - vanilla. 

Does not contain GMOs.

DOSAGE: 

Take 1 sachet daily - diluted in liquid, food or as direct intake.
