Traditional herbal medicine for the symptomatic treatment of inflammation in the mouth or throat (such as sore throat, hoarseness and difficulty swallowing) in the context of colds. Bronchostop Throat Spray 15ml contains herbal ingredients from thyme and sage leaves. The spray allows an even and fine distribution of the active ingredients and a targeted application to the affected areas. The contents of the bottle are sufficient for at least 100 sprays. Over-the-counter medicine.

This medicinal product is a traditional herbal medicinal product that is only registered for the stated areas of application because it has been used for many years. This medicine is used in adults.
If you do not feel better or worse after 7 days, contact your doctor.
Do not use Bronchostop Throat Spray 15ml if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to sage, thyme, another member of the mint family or any of the other ingredients of this medicine (listed in section 6).
No interaction studies have been performed.
Taking sage supplements may affect the effects of drugs that act through the GABA receptor (eg, barbiturates, benzodiazepines), although not seen clinically. Therefore, concomitant use with these medicinal products is not recommended.
Pregnancy and breast-feeding:
In the absence of adequate data, the use of this medicine is not recommended during pregnancy and breast-feeding.
If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine.
Always use this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
The recommended dose is
2 to 4 times (1 to 2 sprays each time).

Application in the mouth and throat
The spray allows an even and fine distribution of the active ingredients and a targeted application to the affected areas.
Align the rotating needle on the spray pump at right angles to the bottle.
You can now hold the spray head in front of or in your open mouth, depending on your needs and the desired application site. With the cannula on the spray pump, you can also easily reach places that are difficult to access (such as tooth pockets).
Spray Bronchostop Throat Spray 15ml by squeezing 1 to 2 times. Before first use, pump several times until an even spray comes out.
Close the spray pump after each use by turning the cannula back.
Duration of use
If you do not feel better or if you feel worse after 7 days, contact your doctor.
Use in children and adolescents
Use in children and adolescents under 18 years of age is not recommended due to a lack of data.
Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.
Hypersensitivity reactions (including one case of anaphylactic shock and one case of Quincke's edema (swelling of the skin, mucous membrane and adjacent tissues)) and gastrointestinal disorders have been observed with medicinal products containing thyme.
Due to the alcohol content, a brief burning sensation may occur at inflamed areas.
Information on the frequency of occurrence of side effects cannot be given.
The active ingredients are: liquid extract of thyme, liquid extract of sage leaves. 1 g contains:
0.32 g liquid extract of thyme (Thymi herba, drug-extract ratio 1:4-6, extractant ethanol 70% (V/V)
0.32 g liquid extract of sage leaves (Salviae folium, drug-extract Ratio 1:4-6, extractant ethanol 70% (v/v)
The other ingredients are: liquid extract of peppermint leaves (Menthae piperitae folium., drug-extract ratio 1:4-6, extractant ethanol 70% v/v); Levomenthol, sodium saccharin (E 954), hydroxypropyl cellulose, ethanol, purified water
Total alcohol content: approx. 60% v/v
