How to Use Cica-Care Silicone Gel Sheets:

  1. Clean and dry the affected area.
  2. Remove the protective film and apply the sheet (adhesive side down) to the scar.
  3. For the first 2 days: Wear the sheet for 4 hours daily.
  4. From the 3rd day onwards: Gradually increase wear time by 2 hours each day.
  5. Once you reach 24-hour wear, remove the sheet only for cleaning and reapplication.
  6. Continue treatment for 2-4 months.
  7. Wash the sheet with warm water and mild soap before reapplying.
  8. Replace the sheet when it becomes worn or difficult to clean (usually every 20-30 days).
