Worldwide delivery with  DHL

Delivery costs are:

·            Standard Shipping with DHL or Royal mail: 9.99 pounds for 7-21 business days (EU, UK)

·            DHL Express Shipping: 19.99 pounds for 1-2 business days (EU, USA, Canada)        

·            DHL Worldwide Shipping: 24,99 pounds for 5-7 business days (Rest of the World)

·            DHL Express Shipping UK: 16.99 pounds for 1-2 business days (United Kingdom)     

Delivery costs will also be indicated at the time of placing the Order.

The time of delivery depends on the chosen form of delivery. Below we present the transport time of the order:

·            Standard Shipping with DHL or Royal mail:- from 7 to 21 business days

·            DHL Express - from 1-2 business days  - the date of delivery depends on the time of placing the order. Orders placed before 08:00  are sent on the same day and are at the customer's next business day.

In the case of an incorrectly given address, the customer bears the cost of re-shipping. Saturday and Sunday are not

business days. All orders aced after 08:00 on Friday get sent out on Monday. All orders aced on Saturday and Sunday get sent out on Monday. A postman/courier who does not find anyone at home leaves a notice informing about the place of receipt of the package.

The customer has the right to return the whole order or just partially to get a refund equal to the order's value within 7 business days after ordering. The delivery fee is not refundable. The customer gets charged 15 pounds to cover the delivery fee on return.

Commodity prices are given in British pounds and include all components, including tax (with the distinction of the rate), customs, and all other components. 
Payments made during the ordering process at the online store have only the option of prepayment. The customer can pay by:

·            Credit/debit card

All payment methods are exempt from any commission fees.

After the correct payment has been made, The Client ALWAYS receives a confirmation e-mail to the address provided in the ordering process.

After selecting the payment, the customer will be automatically redirected to the Payment provider's website, where he will authorize and pay. After completing the correct payment, you will be redirected to the website of our online store.
