Ingredients:

• Sea salt, eucalyptus essential oil, polysorbate 20, disodium edetate, disodium hydrogen phosphate anhydrous, sodium dihydrogen phosphate, benzalkonium chloride 0.1 mg, purified water.
   

Usage:

1. Keep the bottle in a vertical position.
2. Press the pump several times until some spray comes out.
3. Insert the tip of the nasal pump into the nostril and press the pump.
4. Spray one or two doses in each nostril, 2-3 times a day, while slowly breathing in through the nose.
5. Rinse the tip of the pump with water after each use.
