Composition:

• Each Diarostad capsule contains the active substance loperamide hydrochloride, known for its ability to alleviate diarrhea symptoms and restore bowel function.

Usage:

• For Adults:
• The starting dose for acute diarrhea is 2 hard capsules (equivalent to 4 mg loperamide hydrochloride), followed by 1 hard capsule (equivalent to 2 mg loperamide hydrochloride) after each passing of a diarrheal stool.
• The daily dose should not exceed 6 hard capsules (equivalent to 12 mg loperamide hydrochloride).

• For Children Over 12 Years:
• The starting dose for acute diarrhea is 1 hard capsule (equivalent to 2 mg loperamide hydrochloride), followed by 1 hard capsule (equivalent to 2 mg loperamide hydrochloride) after each passing of a diarrheal stool.
• The daily dose should not exceed 4 hard capsules (equivalent to 8 mg loperamide hydrochloride).

Application Method:

• Take the capsules whole without chewing and with a sufficient amount of liquid, such as one glass of water, to ensure proper absorption and efficacy.

Please Note:

• Diarostad is released without a doctor's prescription; however, prolonged use requires medical supervision. For children from 8 to 12 years old, Diarostad is available only with a prescription. Ensure to adhere to the recommended dosage guidelines and seek medical advice if symptoms persist or worsen.
