Flexodon C 30 Tablets
FLEXODON C 30 TABLETS
What is Flexodon?
Flexodon C helps protect the cartilages and promotes collagen formation for the normal functioning of the joints, and is comprised of a combination of glucosamine, chondroitin, and vitamin C.
One tablet contains 500 mg of glucosamine sulfate 100 mg of chondroitin sulphate and 20 mg of vitamin C. The body's daily needs are on average 3 tablets.
Each component has shown clear benefits for the maintenance of normal structure and function of articular cartilages in the elderly, overweight or people subjected to excessive physical stress. When administered in combination, each component complements and enhances the efficacy of the other.
Limited capacity to normalize the function of the cartilages is mainly due to the decrease of the ability of chondrocytes (cartilage cells) to synthesize cartilage matrix in sufficient quantity and with the necessary physical and chemical properties. With age, the number of functional chondrocytes reduces. Many of these processes can be slowed down with the consumption of healthy foods, maintaining a normal body weight through exercise and daily intake of sufficient amounts of key ingredients needed to maintain the structural and functional integrity of joint cartilages.
How does Flexodon work?
Vitamin C contributes to the formation of collagen for the normal function of the cartilages and bone. Collagen is a natural protein in connective tissues of the musculoskeletal system of man, ie bone and articular structures.
Glucosamine and chondroitin are natural substances found in the human body. They are the main components of joint cartilages and other connective tissues, ie bones, ligaments and tendons. In the human body these substances are important for maintaining their flexibility and strength.
Glucosamine sulfate significantly stimulates cartilage cells' synthesis of glycosaminoglycans and collagen. It increases the synthesis of hyaluronic acid, which lubricates the joint bodies and maintains smooth cartilage surfaces. Chondroitin sulfate also increases the ability to synthesize cartilage cells. On the other hand, because of its long chain structure, it successfully retains the action of the enzymes which cause the changes in the cartilages.
Based on these characteristics, the combination of glucosamine, chondroitin and vitamin C helps maintain the normal structure and function of the cartilages.
How to use Flexodon?
Recommended daily dose
In studies on glucosamine, it was deemed that it is best to take a daily dose of 1200 to 1500 mg.
In other studies of chondroitin, it was deemed that a daily dose of 800 mg chondroitin sulfate alone is effective for improving joint function.
With the recommended daily intake of three tablets per day, the total amount that you will receive is 1500 mg glucosamine sulphate and 300 mg of chondroitin sulphate and 60 mg of vitamin C.
Flexodon C should be taken three times a day, preferably during meals or after meals. Swallow the tablet whole with water. If you cannot swallow it whole, you can break it and then drink it with water.
If you forget to take a tablet of Flexodon C, take the usual amount the next time, do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten one. Omission of one tablet does not reduce the effectiveness of treatment with Flexodon C.
For an optimum effect it is recommended to take Flexodon C for 3 months. It is recommended to repeat the treatment course in the spring and autumn.
Flexodon virtually ensures long-lasting comfort of the joints as it favorably affects the function of the joints and cartilages.
This requires time, which is different for each individual. To get the maximum benefit, you should carefully follow the instructions for use.
One tablet contains: glucosamine sulfate, chondroitin sulfate, vitamin C.
Other ingredients are: gelatin hardener, a filler, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate release agent
