CICATRIDINA OINTMENT*60gr.

SODIUM SALT OF HYALURONIC ACID 0.2% Ointment

1.       COMPOSITION:

Water, liquid paraffin, cetyl stearyl alcohol, sweet almond oil, polyoxyethylene (2) stearyl ether, polyoxyethylene (21) stearyl ether, glycerin, sorbitol 70%, silicone oil, chlorhexidine digluconate 20%, imidazolidinyl urea, sodium hyaluronate acid, EDTA sodium salt, BHT.

2.       WHAT IS THE PRODUCT AND WHAT IT IS USED?

Cicatridina ointment works because of the content of hyaluronic acid - mucopolysaccharide, which is widespread in the body tissues. Hyaluronic acid acts by maintaining the structure, thus giving the tone, trophism and elasticity of the tissues. Numerous clinical trials have demonstrated the capacity of hyaluronic acid to accelerate and improve the process of tissue reepithelization and regeneration.

3.       INDICATIONS

Additional treatment for restorative processes of superficial and deep wounds (abrasions, break injuries, burns, surgical wounds, decubital injuries and ulcers) of all origins.

4.       WHEN THE PRODUCT SHOULD NOT BE USED

In case of individual hypersensitivity to one of the components of the product.

5.       Pregnancy and breastfeeding

The safety of CICATRIDINA ointment during pregnancy and lactation has not been demonstrated. In such circumstances, it is recommended that you consult your doctor.

6.       Effects on ability to drive and use machines or machines

No special precautions are required.

7.       INTERESTS WITH OTHER PRODUCTS

There are no known interactions with other products and it is therefore recommended that you consult your doctor before using Cicatridina ointment in conjunction with other medical devices or topical medicines.

8.       HOW THE PRODUCT IS USED

Carefully clean the area to be treated before each application. Apply to the area affected by gentle massage movements. If necessary, protect with gauze. It is a good hygiene practice to wash your hands before and after the use of the medical device.

9.       WHETHER YOU MUST BE USED FOR THE PRODUCT

Apply 2-3 times a day or on prescription. The duration of use depends on the development of the symptoms;

O  if necessary, Cicatridina ointment can be used for long periods of time.

10.   ADVERSE EFFECTS

The use of all products for topical use, especially if prolonged, may cause sensitization. If this happens, stop the treatment and consult a doctor to get you the right treatment. If you experience side effects not listed in this leaflet, tell your doctor or pharmacist.

11.   WARNINGS

Keep the product out of the reach of children.

Avoid contact with eyes.

Do not swallow.

12.   EXPIRY AND STORAGE TIME

The expiry date is stated on the packaging (Shelf life) and applies to the product in unopened and correctly stored packaging. Do not use after the expiry date which is stated on the package or if the package is open or damaged.

Keep the medical device tightly closed, away from light and heat.
