Action:
Vegetarian Glucosamine: Glucosamine is a major building block for the construction of joints. It is required for the synthesis of compounds such as glycolipids, glycoproteins, proteoglycans, hyaluronate. Directly or indirectly, it participates in the formation of articular surfaces, bone, tendons, muscles, veins and arteries, heart valves and more. It maintains the fluid in the cartilages and regulates the metabolism by preventing the unnecessary destruction of tissues. Deterrence of enzymes that break down the cartilages.
Cartilages, and the other component of the joints contain many proteoglycans. Proteoglycan glycosaminoglycans (GAGs) are the polysaccharide chains composed of glucosamine and other saccharides. The movement of the joints throughout the proteoglycans are broken and require constant replacement. If glucosamine in the body is lacking, which often happens after 40 years of age, the production of proteoglycans is disrupted. Therefore, the shortage of glucosamine is a major cause for the degenerative diseases of the joints. Glucosamine is a selected HCL - hydrochloride. Glucosamine hydrochloride is the most concentrated and most easily absorbed form by the body.
Boswellia Serrata: Boswellia Serrano, also known as Indian frankincense is an herb that is traditionally used as an anti-inflammatory medicine. The active substance contained in Boswellia helps against arthritis. It contains several triterpenoid acids known as bosvelievi which are believed to be at the base of the medicinal properties of the plant. Boswellia is useful in the treatment of arthritis, joint pain, and post-traumatic conditions. Directly attacking the sources of inflammation and reducing swelling. Increased mobility, blocking the synthesis of leukotrienes, particularly implicating the enzyme 5-lipoxygenase.
Gingiber Officinalis: Originating from Asia, ginger has a long history as a traditional anti-inflammatory medicine. Recent studies show that ginger has an anti-inflammatory, vasodilator and anti-thrombotic effect. Gingerol is one of the active ingredients in this respect.
The extract of ginger is multifactorial: direct blocking of COX1 and COX2. Thereby inhibits the arachidonic acid metabolism and prostaglandin synthesis, respectively. Directly blocks leukotriene synthesis. Inhibition of the induction of genes encoding proinflammatory cytokines (TNF-α, IL-1β) and enzymes (COX-2).
Application: in arthritis, worn out joints, trauma, inflammation of the joints, revmatitis.
Dosage: Three tablets daily. It is recommended that the treatment lasts at least three months.
