  • If your esophagus has not healed completely, your doctor may increase the dose to 40 mg daily for an additional 8 weeks.
  • Once healing is achieved, the maintenance dose is 10 mg once daily.
  • If your esophagus is not damaged, the recommended dose is 10 mg daily for symptom control.
  For Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome:

  • The recommended starting dose is 60 mg daily, but your doctor will adjust this depending on your condition and response.

  • For the treatment of ulcers and use in children, consult your doctor for the appropriate dosage and treatment plan.
