How to Use:

1. Lay your baby down on their back and turn their head to one side. (For older babies who can sit or stand, choose a comfortable position with their head tilted sideways.)
2. Gently apply one dose into one nostril.
3. Repeat application in the other nostril with head tilted to the opposite side.
4. Upright the baby's head to allow drainage of mucus. Wipe the nose with a soft tissue.
5. Use 1-2 sprays per nostril, 2-3 times a day, preferably before meals.
