We offer various delivery options to cater to your needs:
- Standard Shipping with Royal Mail: £9.99 – 7 to 14 business days (EU, UK)
- Standard Shipping with DHL: £9.99 – 7 to 14 business days (EU, UK)
- Standard Shipping with Local Post Provider: £9.99 – 15 to 30 business days (USA, Canada, Ukraine, and all other countries outside Europe)
- DHL Express Shipping (UK): £15.99 – 1 to 2 business days (United Kingdom only)
- DHL Express Shipping (EU, USA, Canada): £19.99 – 1 to 2 business days
- DHL Worldwide Shipping: £24.99 - £34.99 – 5 to 7 business days (Rest of the World)
Important: Delivery times and costs to Ukraine and Israel may vary due to current circumstances. The exact rate for these destinations will be calculated during checkout.
Delivery costs will be clearly indicated during the order placement process.
Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping with Royal Mail: 7 to 14 business days
- Standard Shipping with DHL: 7 to 14 business days (EU, UK)
- Standard Shipping with Local Post Provider: 15 to 30 business days (USA, Canada, Ukraine, and other countries outside Europe)
- DHL Express Shipping: 1 to 2 business days (orders placed before 08:00 are dispatched the same day, arriving the next business day)
Notes:
- Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days. Orders placed after 08:00 on Friday will be dispatched on Monday.
- In the event of an incorrect address, the customer bears the cost of re-shipping.
- A delivery notice will be left if no one is available to receive the package.
Shipping Updates
- Once an order is shipped, its status will be updated, and the customer will receive a confirmation email.
- For DHL Customers: A separate email with delivery details will be sent.
- For All Other Shipping Options: A separate email with the tracking number will be sent. Customers should always check their spam folder for these emails.
Tracking Issues: If there is no progress in the tracking status for 4-5 days, we recommend contacting the local postal provider or our customer service team. Occasionally, parcels may be lost. If this occurs, we will address the issue as soon as possible to resolve it.
Customs and Regulations
Certain countries, such as China and Hong Kong, have specific regulations and limitations on the number of products that can be imported. Customers must ensure they comply with these regulations, including declaring items or completing special documents if required.
Important:
- We are not responsible for packages delayed, confiscated, or destroyed by customs due to regulatory non-compliance.
- No refunds will be provided if the parcel cannot be delivered due to a customer's failure to follow local regulations.
Return Policy
Customers may return unopened and unused products within 7 business days of purchase. Refunds will equal the value of the returned items, excluding shipping fees. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

All prices are listed in British pounds and include all applicable taxes, customs fees, and other charges. Accepted payment methods include:
