Order Status: Denied or Cancelled

    • Unfortunately, we cannot send payment links or offer alternative payment methods for denied orders.
    • In this case, you'll need to place a new order.

    For UK deliveries, we use Royal Mail. A separate email containing your tracking information will be sent once your order is shipped. You can follow your parcel using Royal Mail's tracking service. If you are not at home when delivery is attempted, you are responsible for rescheduling delivery. In the event that the parcel is not collected or rescheduled within 18 days, Royal Mail will return the package to us. While standard shipping to the UK typically takes 7-14 business days, it may sometimes arrive within 5-6 days, so it is important to regularly check your tracking status.

  • EU Customers:
    We ship to EU countries using Bulgarian Post, after which your local postal operator will manage the delivery. You can track your order here to identify your local provider. Customers are responsible for tracking their orders and ensuring receipt. If delivery is missed, please coordinate with your local postal service to reschedule delivery or collect your parcel.

  • Rest of the World:
    Orders shipped to countries outside the UK and EU can also be tracked via 4tracking.net. Please allow 4-5 business days for tracking information to become available on your local postal service’s system.

Important Note:

As with all orders, customers are responsible for tracking and collecting their parcels. If any other person signs for and collects your parcel, you will need to contact your local postal service to resolve the issue.

We are not responsible if someone else signs for or takes delivery of your parcel. Please check with your local postal provider to identify who collected the parcel if this occurs. Additionally, while unclaimed parcels are often returned to us, in rare cases, parcels may be lost in transit.

Damaged Packages and Products

What should I do if my package arrives damaged?

Instead, request that the courier mark the package as damaged and return it to us.

What if I've already accepted a damaged package?

If you've unknowingly accepted a damaged package, please follow these steps:

  1. Photograph the Damaged Package: Take photos of the damaged box at the moment of receiving it, before opening it. Ensure that the photos clearly show our branded boxes with logos and duct tape.
  2. Photograph the Opening Process: Take photos while you open the original pack of the product, showing that it is empty or broken.
  3. Contact Us Immediately: Email us at contact@carefromnature.co.uk or use our website contact form with the photos attached.

Important Note

  • If you decide to accept a damaged box, you must file a complaint with Royal Mail, DHL, or your local provider for a refund or compensation.
  • We will only handle complaints if it is verified that we shipped a damaged product. This verification will be based on the provided photos and the courier's assessment.
