100% Pure Natural LAVENDER OIL Lavandula officinalis Bulgarian 10ml ETERIKA

HOW TO USE:

Aromalamp: 

· 1st combination: 4  drops of lemon oil, 2 drops of rosemary oil, 2-3 drops of lavender oil, 1 drop of peppermint oil mixed all together. 

· 2nd combination: 4 drops of rosemary oil, 2 drops of lavender oil, 2 drops of lemon oil mixed all together. 

· 3rd combination:  4 drops of lavender oil and 3 drops of lemon oil mixed all together.

Inhalation: 

·  In cases of a cold:

-  Add 5 drops of lavender in 2 liters of boiling water for 10 minutes, or; 

-  Add 1 drop of thyme, eucalyptus, lavender & rosemary oils in 1 liter of warm water for up to 5 min.

Gargle: 

·  Against colds - warm up 1 pot of water before it boils and add 1 tbsp. of honey, baking soda or salt & 2-3 drops of lavender oil inside.

Bathtub: has a relaxing and soothing effect on the mind.

- Add 6-10 drops of lavender oil and 1 tbsp. of salt in the water at a temperature of 28 ° -35 ° C for 15 min.

Face Mask: 

Cleansing and regenerating: 

- 1 tbsp of honey, 1 tbsp of yogurt, 1 tbsp of water, and 5 tbsp. of lavender oil, or;

- 1 tbsp. of lemon or fruit juice, 2 tbsp. of water and 5 drops of lavender. 

For acne: 30 ml apricot kernels oil, 10 drops of lavender oil, 7 drops of tea tree oil, 2 drops of bergamot oil mixed and applied on the skin. 

Against insects - a piece of cloth soaked in lavender oil is placed in the wardrobe to keep insects away. For insect bites - Directly spray around the bitten area with some drops of lavender oil.

Chemical composition: linalyl acetate, linalol, citric, cinnamon, terpineol, foam, camphor and more.
