How to Test Yourself:

1. Read the Instructions: Carefully go through the provided instructions.
2. Prepare the Test Cassette: Remove the cap from the test cassette.
3. Collect the Urine Sample:
   • Hold the absorbent tip under the urine stream for 5-10 seconds.
   • Alternatively, dip the absorbent tip in a container of urine for 10 seconds.
4. Close the Cassette: Replace the cap on the test cassette.
5. Read the Results: Wait 10 minutes before reading the result.
