Mask: add mineral water, rose water, chamomile tea or any other tea to 1 spoonful of the clay. Stir with a non-metallic utensil to form a thick, even mixture. You may also add honey, olive oil, rice bran, your favourite essential oil, finely ground almonds, poppyseeds (for exfoliation). Apply to your face, body or massage the roots of your hair ( your hair should be wet; cover with a bath shower cap afterwards). Rinse after 10-15 minutes.
