Adults:

• Take Refalgin Syrup after a meal, at least 2 hours before or after taking other medications. If needed, you can also take it before bedtime.

Children:

• Up to 5 kg: 2.5-3.75 ml after meals. If your child spits up after taking the syrup, give them an additional 1 ml. Consult a doctor for dosage instructions.
• Up to 3 years old: 5 ml after meals and at bedtime, or as directed by a doctor.
