REPARIL x 40 dragee, varicose veins pain

• Varicose veins, pain relief; Reparil is used is in the prevention and treatment of edema, post-traumatic hematoma and postoperative disorders of venous circulation in the legs, varicose veins of the lower limbs, back pain in patients with symptoms of nerve root oppression.
Ingredients:
1 Dragee. Contains 20 mg of escin.

Action: The product has a decongestant and anti-inflammatory action and protects the veins. It contains a mixture of saponins from horse chestnut seeds. It normalizes the permeability of capillary membranes, seals the endothelium of the capillaries, reduces the transudation of lymph, improves lymphaticovenous circulation, prevents stagnation of blood in the varicose veins of the lower limbs, accelerates the absorption of post-traumatic hematoma and prevents their formation. It shows good efficacy in controlling postoperative edema. Unlike other extracts from chestnut it exhibits negligible haemolytic effects.

Contraindications: renal failure, first trimester of pregnancy.

Undesirable effects: during the initial treatment period symptoms of: feeling hot, nausea, increased heart rate, skin itching can occur.

Dosage: Orally taken. Typically 0.04 g / dose x 3 times a day, after meals, while drinking plenty of fluids. Maintainence - 0.02 g / dose x 2-3 times a day.
