Clotrimazole ABR 1% Cream is an over-the-counter antifungal medication that combats a variety of fungal and bacterial infections.

Conditions Treated:

  • Dermatomycosis (Tinea): Affects feet (tinea pedis), hands (tinea manuum), body (tinea corporis), and groin (tinea inguinalis).
  • Pityriasis Versicolor (Tinea Versicolor): Characterized by patches of discolored skin.
  • Erythrasma: Bacterial skin infection causing brownish-red patches.
  • Candidal Vulvitis: Fungal infection of the vulva (female external genitals).
  • Candidal Balanitis: Fungal infection of the glans (head) and prepuce (foreskin) of the penis.

Directions for Use:

  • Clean and dry the affected area thoroughly.
  • Apply a thin layer of cream to the affected area 2-3 times daily.
  • Use a pea-sized amount for an area the size of your palm.
  • Gently rub the cream into the skin.
  • Continue treatment for the prescribed duration, even if symptoms improve.

Treatment Duration:

  • Dermatomycoses: 3-4 weeks
  • Erythrasma: 2-3 weeks
  • Lichen Multicolor: 1-3 weeks
  • Candidal Balanitis: 1-2 weeks
  • Candidal Vulvitis: 1-2 weeks
