What to use Tylol Hot for?
Tylol Hot is indicated to relieve the following symptoms of colds and flu:
- nasal congestion (nasal congestion);
- runny nose;
- increased body temperature;
- mild to moderate pain of different origins.
Tylol Hot has analgesic, antipyretic (anti-allergic), and antihypertensive and reduces upper respiratory tract mucosal activity, due to its active ingredients: paracetamol, chlorpheniramine maleate and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride. Paracetamol relieves pain and lowers body temperature. Chlorpheniramine maleate relieves the following symptoms: runny nose, swelling of the nasal mucosa, redness and / or hypersensitivity to the eyes. Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride reduces the lining of the upper respiratory tract.
How to take Tylol Hot?
The recommended dosage of Tylol Hot is indicated below: The content of each sachet is dissolved in 160 ml of warm water (standard cup) and is drunk immediately without waiting. If necessary, the next dose should be taken after a 6-hour interval. The recommended maximum daily dose is 4 sachets.
What does it contain?

The active ingredients in TYLOL HOT® Packet and the quantities per packet:
Each packet of 20 g contains;
- Paracetamol..……………...........................500 mg
- Chlorpheniramine maleate...........................4 mg
- Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride..................60 mg
Following inactive ingredients also exist in each packet: as colouring agent quinoline yellow;
as sweetener agent refined sugar; as aromatic agent powder lemon flavour; as effervescent
agent citric acid anhydrous, tartaric acid, sodium bicarbonate, sodium carbonate anhydrous;
as binding agent povidone; and as preservative sodium benzoate.
