Validol tablets are decent for occasional anxiety, but I didn't find them as effective as I had hoped. The soothing aroma is a nice touch, but they didn't provide significant relief for my anxiety symptoms. It might be effective for mild symptoms, whereas mine are more severe. That's why I prefer to consult with a doctor for more severe anxiety issues.
